Synopsis
Gold is a tense survival thriller set in a vast and unforgiving desert, where two drifters stumble upon the biggest gold nugget ever discovered. Seeing a chance to change their lives, they devise a plan to excavate and protect their fortune, with one man leaving to find the equipment they need while the other stays behind to guard their discovery. Alone in the wilderness, he is forced to endure the brutal heat, wild animals and the constant threat of intruders, while the silence stretches on and his companion fails to return. As isolation and desperation take hold, the dream of wealth slowly turns into a fight for survival, testing just how far a man is willing to go to claim his fortune.
